Dear Boris

First of all many thanks for the very pleasant meeting with you and Ines at Garmish ; I really liked and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere , and the reciprocal feelings and ....chemistry

But , as far as my flight went , I didnt really even realize it because I red your book without....breathing ....until the end !!

What a story and passion , in all your life !!!!!,

I thought i ve done something creating italmatch , from a ( large ) garage to 300 Mn of today ( btw : were your parents really matchmakers ?? Funny life because when i made the MBO , italmatch still had a match making plant in poland , and matches was core business of italmtch back in time ......and the names still reflects this origin ) , but in front of you , i ve really done nothing !!!! Not only cortec success story but your passionate involvment in your country politics and future , fighting enemies , using unfair and completeley different weapons against you and your relatives !!!!!

So , bottom line ,,...... There will be no book about ........ A guy ...from Italy , unless this guy will succeed to buy your baby from you , and continue it on the same path of passion and respect for people !!!! (. ...... Obvioulsy , with hope that it will not finish in the same way it went with Dunphy , you rebuying it 4 times cheaper .......)

But i m almost sure this will not happen because i think we both agree that company success is based on people and on reciprocal respect , and while you were celebrating a good sale month with a pizza , we instead celebrate toghther with my people with a good fish ....( eventually a tuna taken in the mediterranean sea from my 26 ft ( only ) fishing boat .....

Apologies for this digression , but reading your book really moved something inside me and wanted to share this with you immediately.

Hi, Boris

THANK YOU for a copy of this story by Mark Gordon in the Business Observer.

It is a great story. Also, I think it becomes clear in the article that the manufacturing site in Florida is a natural extension for the Company.

We look forward to seeing you on your next stop on Minnesota.

Alex Tomadin  @ 09/09/2014 01:09:27

Hope the picnic went well yesterday, and I am sorry to have missed it.

I just wanted to write a note to say thank you for the pay increase that you gave me. JoAnn informed me about it late Friday, so I didn't get to say thank you in person before you left.

It is truly appreciated, and is also a big motivator. Thanks for your trust in me, and again thank you.

See you soon,

Hello Boris, I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I (and my brother and his wife) used your time share in Vegas this past weekend. That is fantastic place to stay and we had a wonderful time. It is perfectly situated, just off the strip, so we could walk anywhere, with little need for cabs. It was a great prize that I hope to win again.

Thank you again very much.

Dear Ines and dear Boris,

I try to send you some lines although my English actually is very poor, as I don´t have any possibility of practice.

First of all we want to thank you very much for your kind hospitality and the lot of presents. Really too much!! Thank you!!

Fritz likes very much "Schnaps" in any kind, so for the next months he is well served. And the book seems to be a treasure, I did not yet begin to read it. However... remembering the first book you gave us I have to admit that I put it aside and forgot it totally. But yesterday - I always read some book before sleeping - I found it in my library and began to read it. It is so interessant! I arrived at the point when you left for America. It is really "spannend". Furthermore I have no idea of Croatia, the history of your country, the problems etc. So, I too learn something about your country. Of course, I do not know any word and any expression in English, but I get along understanding most of it. I am sorry that I forgot it completely. And when I will have finished the small book I immediately will take the big book for reading it.

Really, to me - Fritz does not read English books - you made me a great pleasure with your books. I did not know that you are such an important person and furthermore you are so sympathic!

We hope to see both of you in summer in our region to have the possibility to invite you.

All the best for you, have a good flight and a happy return!

With our thanks we wish you a very good and healthy New Year and hope to see you again.

Kind regards - Eva (and of course, Fritz)

Please excuse my bad English, but I hope you will understand it.

Hi Boris,

I was thinking about the wonderful Cortec meeting this year and seeing you in full force with your team. I did some scouting of venues in the UK and if it is still of interest it would be an honour to host the Cortec European meeting in 2014.

Whatever happens may 2014 be a wonderful year for Cortec for Ines and for you my friend.

Warm holiday wishes.
